About Daizy Babies, our Team, how we work and our Diapers
Well, here are some things you may not know about us:
We know how we like to be treated when we buy on line, and want to give you the same service as we expect.
We are a young (ish!) international team with plenty of ideas and energy.
Some of us are parents, and the ones who are not have had to change a diaper or two as part of their training
We believe 100% in our product, and we want you to love it too.
We are taking big and little steps in helping the environment:
BIG STEP - We are selling a product which is preventing tons of rubbish going to landfill sites every year.
Little step - We always switch of lights and computers in our office
BIG STEP - Our office products are all recycled or recyclable (and we do recycle them!)
Little step - It hurts us when we have to print an email
Quality Statement
We check each of the diapers before sending them to you. If you have any questions or concerns when you receive your diapers, please get in touch with us straight away. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Support Statement
You will probably have questions as you use Daizy Bamboo diapers. That's ok. We're here to help. You can call our helpline and we will talk you through it.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order you may do so, but please call us quickly because we post your order as soon as we can!
Returns
Your product is guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects. If you have a problem, please let us know as we want to be able to put it right. Because this is a hygiene product we can't accept returns when the product is not faulty.
Privacy Statement
We don't share your data or sell your data. We use the data we have to process your order. We may send you information about our company, products or special offers but we also give you the option to opt out of these emails. We work with two companies to provide support in other languages who also abide to our data protection policies. These companies are: Ricorocks (Spain) for support in Spanish, Catalan and Portuguese. Sorprentas SL (Spain) for support in Dutch.
